Carl was a sweet inspiration

I first remember Carl when his mother, Sue, was testifying before the Senate HESS committee in 1982. She was an inspiration in her love for her son! I looked for him every year in the 4th of the July parade, he made me smile! He brought a lot of joy to his family and the community of Juneau!
